Watercolor Leaf Art

Though it’s already feeling like winter where I live, it is still Fall and the leaves are in full bloom of beautiful color! Since this time of year flies by so quickly, I love making watercolor leaf art so that we can hang on to that autumn feeling a little longer.

This is such an easy project and combines both process and product art because yes, there are instructions leading to a final product, but the watercolor painting part is all about the process! For learners who are ready, they can do each step on their own and further build those fine motor skills and muscles and hand-eye coordination while flexing their creativity. Yay!
